Outline
Completing the progression tool to identify needs will be part of the criteria to access the new Confident Communicator pathway.
Description
This course will be jointly delivered between the SLT service and the Biborough Inclusion Service.
Outcomes
- To understand the rationale and purpose of using the Progression Tools
- To know the process of carrying out the Progression Tools
- To be able to score up the Progression Tool and identify supportive next steps to promote speech, language and communication skills
- To identify those who would benefit from further speech, language and communication support
